Founded in 2012, PROSOLIS d.o.o. is a civil engineering company providing construction and renovation services on the island of Korčula and surroundings. We assist our customers from the initial scope of works to project completion. We liaise with authorities to obtain location and building permits. The result is improved time/cost efficiency and real peace of mind for our clients. We offer our services to both local residents looking for affordable homes at reasonable prices and foreigners who would like to purchase a holiday property on the beautiful island of Korčula with its mild Mediterranean climate and breathtaking coastline.

We build high-quality housings in attractive locations with the highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental protection, in order to meet the needs of the local population and help foreigners realize their dream of owning real estate by the sea. During the project phase and in the construction process, we are always committed to using high-quality materials with the greatest possible energy efficiency, to reduce the impact on the environment. Given that we are building on an island with plenty of sunny days, we integrate solar power driven heating and cooling systems into our projects.

The chief civil engineer and managing director Željko Gajić can draw on many years of experience as a technical director at projects in Germany for as many as 20 years. He has been supervising the construction of whole new residential areas as well as single detached houses, social housing like the Prenzlauer Berg settlement in Berlin, shopping centers like the Berlin's Landsberger Allee Center and even bridges like the Retzbach Bridge in the Bavarian region.
Back in Croatia, he has been managing a number of challenging construction projects, including the olympic indoor swimming pool, which is the largest construction project in Korčula town in the past 10 years, along with the renovation of historical residential buildings in the old town of Korčula, not to mention the construction of new residential dwellings and holiday homes. His business vision and way of operating ensures that clients maximize their investment with sustainable, long-term solutions, with great added value on the purchased real estate.
