Projekt ‘Maslina’ is one of our successfully realized new buildings on the island of Korčula. The facility is located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Korčula, on the way to Lumbarda. It covers an area of 750 sqm with 7 separate residential units. The Maslina building has been completely sold.

While projecting this facility, like the other new construction projects we are building on the island of Korčula, we had always in mind the difficulties faced by young families wanting to purchase real estate at affordable prices.
